The log file is called something like Setup Log 2011-12-24 #004.txt

I think I never installed FMS on a x64 machine, but I now will. I bet I'm going to be surprised...

I managed to reproduce the problem. There's a bug in the installer.

I think I fixed it. I'd appreciate it if you tested my fix: http://sourceforge.net/projects/smartpropoplus/files/smartpropoplus/special_builds/SppSetup.exe/download

Hi again.

I uninstalled spp and re installed using spp for fms. the install went fine. Cant get it working though. When I start fms, spp starts, and under resources in fms, it recognises that spp is running on joystick one, but bars do not move. Thermometer works as it should.

Any ideas?

I never tested SPP+FMS on x64 - sounds like a lot of missing DLLs to locate. So, please test your set-up, meanwhile I'll try to setup such a machine. Might take a few days. Please let me know if you solve it before I do.

Sorry, I mixed you with someone else. You are on Vista. Is it 32-bit machine? If so, it is bound to be a set-up problem.
